Born from the strength of the hearth fire and the ardor of passion, she combines the blazing temperament of her mother with the unshakeable steadfastness of her father. Her siblings are Elaria, the free daughter of the forest, and Myrron, the changeable one - but while they embody the dance of nature and the masks of the world, Korvia is the unyielding shield on the front line of the divine.
Even in her youth, so the myths tell us, she faced the first monster that devastated the lands with nothing but a spear of glowing bronze. From its blood, she formed the Oath of Valor - a sacred bond that has since bound all warriors to her who go into battle with a pure heart and a clear conscience.
Korvia is not the goddess of senseless murder, but of honorable defence, righteous battle and the protection of the defenceless. Where children weep, cities burn or injustice raises its sword, her wrath shines. Where the brave fall and companions stand up for each other, her glory grows.
There are no veils hanging in the temples of the Korvia - instead there are shield walls, pierced helmets and banners from past battles. Their priests and priestesses wear red ribbons on their belts as a sign of defensiveness. Their consecrated warriors, the so-called Blood Helmets, swear never to turn their backs when innocent people are threatened.

"A fair fight is never lost as long as my spear touches the field",
it says in the first book of Korvia.

["title","transparent
top

post-1365","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
